Hara Shanti emerged from the personal journey of an individual who endured severe health challenges linked to work-related burnout, anxiety, and stress.

Through dietary changes, ongoing yoga and meditation, as well as the discovery of natural healing methods, she regained her quality of life.

This transformative journey not only changed her life but is also positively impacting the lives of many others.

Meet Nicole

Following a life-altering episode with shingles and the fear of potential recurrence, Nicole Thrush was able to restore her health through integrative natural therapies, especially by adopting a healthier lifestyle and focusing on nourishing food.

Inspired by the profound effect that proper nutrition and therapies had on her well-being, she sought to impart this valuable knowledge to others.

With the unwavering support of her family, she set out to develop a unique approach that integrates both scientific and natural healing techniques, with the aim of assisting others in achieving a longer and more fulfilling life.
